Well, one of our lovely nurses, Emily, thought she was just going on holiday with her partner and children, only to come back with an engagement ring!
Matt really did keep Emily in the dark and she had no idea of the surprise he had planned. Never one to hang around, Emily has already set the date and bought her dress.
