Due to rising economic costs, we have had to increase some of our patient fees from 1st July 2024. We have postponed any increase in our fees, for as long as possible (previous increase was in August 2021), and have kept any increase to a minimum. We will always strive to provide the best possible service for our patients, as well as provide good value of money.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations at short notice and missed appointments have a great effect on the performance of the practice and as such we would wish to avoid them. Obviously, emergencies do occur, and we will be completely understanding of this. However, appointments missed, cancelled, or postponed, without 48 hours’ notice and without sufficient reason will incur a charge This will be proportionate to the treatment missed. All missed appointment charges will need to be settled in full before more appointments can be made.
